ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR IBM CAMPUS PLACEMENT:

The common eligibility criteria followed by IBM coming for campus placement is as follows,

-> 60% above throughout studies as in 10th, 12th and UG/PG degree.

-> No current backlogs.

-> Good technical and communication skills.

My branch is EEE and I am a final year student,
60% up to 3-2,
70% in 2,
63 % in 10th,
Am I eligible to apply in IBM

**The eligibility criteria of IBM can be broadly classified into 2 categories:**

1. Information Technology Dept.(IT division)

1. candidate should be passed the acadmeic year with atleast 70% marks .
2. Candidate should be passed the bachelor degree in engineeing / MCA with atleast 60% marks from any recognized university.
3. Candidates must have 65% aggregate 10th class and 12th class.
4. good communication skill and writting skills.
5. good analytical and ligical skill .
6. No backlogs at interview time.

2. Consulting and business process outsourcing dept.(BPO division)

1. Under Graduate / Graduate can apply.
2. Freshers or experienced also can apply.
3. Candidates must have good Verbal & excellent Communication Skills.
4. Candidates must have willing to work in any shifts including night shifts.

Selection Process:

1. Written Test
2. Group discussion
3. Technical interview
4. HR interview
