According to the revised campus selection process of Accenture, recruitment is made through written test, GD, and interview. For written test, there will be 55 questions that must be completed within 60 minutes. Fresh engineering or MCA holders with a minimum of 60% marks in graduation are eligible to participate in the selection process. Applicant must be free of backlog papers.

Eligibility Criteria for Campus Placement in Accenture

Fresh engineering or MCA holders are considered for campus placement in Accenture. Engineering degree must be obtained in any of the following subjects.

  • Computer Science and Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Electronics and Communication Engineering
  • Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
  • Instrumentation and Control Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering
  • Production Engineering

A minimum of 60% marks in graduation (till present semester) is required to apply. Applicant must be free of backlog papers. Eligible candidates should reach the respective venue with copy of CV, consolidated mark sheets, PAN card, 2 passport size photograph, and provisional certificate.

Campus Selection Procedure for Accenture

Accenture has revised their campus selection procedure from that of previous days. According to the latest pattern, recruitment is carried out through a three stage process.

  • Written Test
  • Group Discussion
  • Technical Interview

In written test, there will be 55 questions that must be completed within time duration of 60 minutes. Questions are asked from the following topics.

  • Verbal Reasoning
  • Analytical Reasoning
  • Quantitative Aptitude

Twenty questions each are asked from the sessions of verbal and analytical reasoning. There will be 15 questions from the session of quantitative aptitude. No marks are deducted for wrong answers. For the session of Quantitative Aptitude, aspirant can expect questions from the following topics.

Group Discussion session is applicable for those candidates who have cleared the written test. This session is conducted mainly with the objective of evaluating the communication skills of the candidate.

Final round of selection process is technical interview. Basic concepts of engineering and programming are mainly asked for the session. Questions based on cases of industrial situation and academic projects/seminar may be asked. Questions related to HR can also be expected.
