HCL is the top most IT companies in the world.

HCL have some eligibility criteria.

Those candidate have 65% above in academic career are eligible for HCL.

But the candidate must have not any backlog in current year.

Maximum ONE years gape are allowed for HCL.

i've completed grduation but i got 45% marks only. and i got 60% marks in 12th and 58% in 10th am i able to do job in hcl.

or, must have complete the MCA course.

2.Candidate must have 60% aggregate through out the career.

3.Candidate should not have any pending backlogs during graduation.

i hv got 58% in my graduation.....whether im eligible to apply for d job.

HI i have scored 52% in 10th class. After 10 th i have done 11th and 12th. But in 12th final papers i had not given the papers and move to diploma and b-tech 6 yrs int. i have scored Above 70% in my course. so am i eligible for job in any mnc.

Then you will have to fulfill these criteria :

Eligibility Criteria :

1.Educational qualification :
The candidate must have minimum 60% marks throughout academic career.

2.Backlog criteria :
There should not be any pending backlog.

3.Study gap :
Maximum 2 years of study gap is allowed here.

Procedure :

1.Written aptitude test.
2.Interview.

You will be allowed to appear in placements in final year or after passing out.
HCL generally allow candidates with minimum 60% aggregate in academics and sometimes 65% in engineering.
But that varies from college to college.
They do not allow any current backlogs and more than 2 year gap between intermediate and engineering admission.
The year gap is sometimes 1 year for some recruitments.

Eligibility criteria for HCL:

-->>60% in 10th,12th and UG/PG

-->>No current arrears(no backlogs)

-->>Good communication and technical skills

-->>No year gap between study
