What is HCL criteria for on campus interview?


Sir/Mam,

I got 72% in 10th ,53% in 2nd pu,66%aggregate in BE (e&c) am i eligible for on campus interview

HCL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Am afraid that you are not eligible for the HCL interview because you have less than 60% marks in your 2nd PU. The common eligibility criteria for HCL is as follows,

-> 60% above in 10th, 12th and UG/PG degree.

-> No current backlogs.

-> Good technical and communication skills.


Do not worry there are many small scale companies who see only the skills in the candidates and not just marks so try to get the job initially in those small scale companies later you can jump into bigger MNC. if you have 2-3 years of experience.

I have an arrear in 2nd semester in language paper..but I have cleared it before my graduation..Am I eligible for attending interview in ibm,Bosch,Microsoft etc

For HCL you must have these criteria as stated below

Study gap :
You should not have more tan 1 year study gap while appearing

Backlog :
You must not have any active backlog

Percentage criteria :
You should have 60% marks throughout your academic career.
