Eligibility criteria of HCL recruitment:-

1)Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for HCL is 60%
2)You should not have any pending backlogs.
3)Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for HCL recruitment.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for HCL recruitment with having pending backlog. Your required to clear your pending backlog to be eligible for HCL recruitment.

Sorry that you are not eligible for HCL with 62% of percentage of marks. You are required to score at least 65% of marks in Overall education career.
The aspirant can visit the website of the HCL Technologies. The website address is http://www.hcltech.com/careers. You can apply on their website through their career section menu. You can find lots of opportunities you can find the right job and apply. After screening of applications you may be called for a Technical Interview. And then you have to appear for an HR interview.

No, you are not eligible for the recruitment process of HCL after having 62% in bachelor of technology and one pending backlog.

The eligibility criteria for the HCL recruitment is as below:

>>Candidate must have passed his 10th, 12th and bachelor's degree with at least 65% marks throughout.

>>There should not be any pending backlogs in any semester of bachelor of technology.

>>Gap of only one year is allowed between studies.

I am extremely sorry to state that you are not eligible to apply for HCL with 62% in B.Tech and one backlog. This is because as per the eligibility criteria of HCL, a candidate who has active backlog will not be eligible for its recruitment drive. Hence you are not eligible for HCL if you are having one active backlog and have not cleared it yet. So clear the backlog to be eligible for HCL recruitment drive.

Yes you can eligible for apply HCL on-campus drive.But at the time of joining you have to clear all your backlogs.Its eligibility criteria is-

1-Minimum 60% in 10th.

2-Minimum 60% in 12th.

3-Minimum 60% till your current semester only one backlogs is eligible.

Basic Eligibility For HCL::

Must Have the courses like engineering or MBA or MCA or M.TECH.

In above courses candidate should have secured minimum 60% aggregate in academics.

Must have Good skills

Must having Computer related Course like java, oracle, C, C++, dot net or database management courses.
