Please give me a sample question for Civil Service examination.

It is not possible to give. Because civil service exam is one of the toughest exam and every year question pattern changes. you need to be really strong in the current events and your optional paper.

they are the best sample papers.
also you can get the sample papers in materials of raos academy and brilliant tutorials

UPSC is one of the INDIA's most toughest exam.
for the sample paper, previous year question papers and more info about civil services you can log on to- http://www.upsc.gov.in/
you can also refer to the books available in market containing sample papers
