The paper II of Management in Civil Services Examination is a three hour exam. There are eight questions in the paper, and students have to answer any five. All the questions are of equal marks, so each question carries 60 marks. The question paper has two sections, each consisting of four questions. The first questions of both the sections are compulsory. So three more questions are to be attempted, which can be attempted from the remaining 6, taking at least one question from each of the sections. The 60 marks of the question can be distributed in smaller questions. The questions are descriptive in nature. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers.
