what are the scopes for embedded systems in india as per the present market situation??? will it be a better career option for me as i belong to electronics background and interested in this field ???

You are in right path as Embedded System jobs are dream of any electronic Engineer and it is the best job consider from all the field of Engineer job.
It is not as easy as Software job but hard-work make everything.

It is expected that in the near future ( a decade or so) no technical artefact will exist without embedded information technology.There is a tendency to software oriented embedded systems based on the standardized micro controller cores. This implies that the design of embedded real-time software will play an increasingly important role in this field. as embedded systems in real-time software becomes more advanced, designing such systems will gain in importance.

Go for vector Institute,Hyderabad for Embedded System Course..It is good and have good placement scope in future.VLSI is also rapidly growing field,but it is not easy to get a job for fresher in VLSI domain.I dont know about Vector VLSI but if u are ready to do hard work and want to make carrier in VLSI go wih Veda IIT.

The first thing is you have to clear their written exam and then they will give u admission.Just strong your concept with Digital electronics is enough to crack the VLSI exam

In today's time scope of embedded system is tremendous.As you have electronics background you must go for this branch.

By doing embedded system,you will have the opportunity to work in following area:-

Chip Designing
Physical Designing
Clock tree designing
Layout Designing
Front end designing

But, remember one thing , you must have proficiency over c and c++ languages. Because many aspects of embedded system are based on this programming languages.

Present market scenario is good for this branch. Go ahead
