1.VLSI-CDAC
2.Embedded system-CDAC
3.Wireless and mobile communication-CDAC
4.Networking-CDAC
5.PLC/SCADA
6.MATLAB
These are for your core field.
If you are interested in software field then you can move towards JAVA, .NET, PHP, C, C# etc..

Both are very good technology many high profile jobs are available in this field you can build your carrier in such field.
VLSI-Very large scale integration useful in manufaction and chip design.
Wireless communication relates with mobile communicaiton and datacommunication the most growing field in market.

This the best time for you to grown up in your field with technology like microcontroller and c language.
Both are very important for electronics point of view.
the other field are MATLAB and PLC these are upcoming field with major advancment in electronics field you can carry your training in these field.
