Should I apply for training in any company after having poor results in 1st year?


Hi sir,
Myself komal from Pune doing Mechanical engg. from S.V.P.M. COE Malegaon(BK),Baramti.I am studding in 2nd year, but my 1st year result is too poor than others still m having Mechanics back. I am scard to apply for training to any company but still i want to do training for experience. Please suggest me what to do?
