MBA stands for Master of Business Administration and is an masters degree course offered by various universities an colleges in India, whereas, DU stands for Delhi University and is not a course which can be compared to MBA or any other program. MBA program is also offered by various colleges affiliated to Delhi University.
As per your question, its seems that you were not able to understand the acronym of DU, as a result of which you were trying to compare the two but basically, MBA is a course and DU is Delhi University offering various programs including MBA.

MBA stands for MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION.
It is a post graduation degree course and the minimum qualification required for MBA is graduation with minimum 50% marks.
After completing the graduation you can apply for MBA entrance exams like CAT, MAT etc.
You can also get the admission in DU means DELHI UNIVERSITY after graduation.
