Respected Sir/Madam, I am preparing for the Board exam of 10th standard from RBSE Board. I want to become a Railway Loco Pilot. I would like to know about the steps through which I can achieve my aim. Kindly let me know immediately.

If you want to become railway loco pilot then after completing your 10th class get admission in diploma.

Diploma in mechanical or electrical would be highly beneficial to you in securing railway loco pilot post.

After that give the job examination of loco pilot post conducted by railway recruitment boards.
Get good marks in that exam and you will become a railway loco pilot surely.

To become loco pilot after completion of your 10th standard, you have to pursue ITI diploma in engineering course from a recognised Institute except civil engineering or CSE.
You need to appear in RRB loco pilot examination.
You must be in between 18 to 30 years of age, however there is upper age relaxation to reserved category students.

Step to become a railway loco pilot after 10th RBSE student:-

To become a loco pilot after completion of 10th standard, you need to pursue ITI or diploma in Engineering from a recognised institute.
You need to appear in RRB loco pilot examination by satisfying the below maintained eligibility criteria:-
You must have passed ITI or diploma in engineering course from a recognised Institute.
You must be in between 18 to 30 years of age. Upper Age relaxation is applicable to reserved category candidates as per government rules.

Eligibility to become a Railway Loco Pilot-

Candidate must have passed 10th from a recognised board and must have completed ITI diploma or engineering Diploma in any stream except civil engineering or CSE.

Minimum age must not be less than 18years and maximum should not exceed 30 years.

Examination is conducted by RRB for recruitment as Loco Pilot.

The minimum required qualification is that candidate must have passed ITI or Diploma from a recognised institute.

So, you have to pursue diploma or ITI course to become eligible to appear for the examination. Examination is conducted in various stages for final recruitment.
