NET stands for National Eligiblity Test and this examination was conducted by UGC Every year Twice, June and December Every year.

>> The June 2011 NET Examination was already completed and If you are Interested in this examination then you have to complete your Post graduation examination in any discipline form a recognised University and You must have Scored minimum 55% marks in your Post Graduation.

>> Candidates may apply for Lectureship and Junior research fellowship (JRF).

>> There is No age eligibility to apply for Lectureship and for JRF your age should not be more than 28 years. Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved category candidates.

So, If you have completed your Post graduation degree Course then you are eligible to apply for NET Examination, Final year Post graduate candidates are also apply for This examination.

Candidates are allow to choose the Subject in NET as per the Post graduation subjects. So If you have completed your Graduation in Computer science then you can opt computer subject in NET Examination.

The examination fees of NET Was Rs 450 for general candidates.

You must have to pay the examination fees as a challan form In any SBI bank and then you are eligible to fill the application form Online. So please prepare for NET examination according to the syllabus, the syllabus are availiable in the Official website, So please check the Official website to get the complete information about NET Examination.

Syllabus of Computer Science NET Examination-

National Eligiblity Test is conducted By UGC every year 2 times . The examination is done in the month of June and December Every year.

Eligibility for the examination ::

Those students who wants to apply for NET examination must have completed Post graduation degree course in any discipline from a recognised university .The students must have secured minimum 55% .Final year students are also eligible to apply for UGC NET Examination.

Pattern of the examination ::It consist of three papers

Paper I :Its common for all students and all those who are appearing for the NET exam have to take this exam.Its of total 100 marks .

Paper II: It is based on the optional subjects which you have chosen for the examination .It is of objective types and of 100 Marks

Paper III:: Will be of 200 Marks and descriptive types .

The candidates have to choose an optional subjects while filling the application form before the exam.The optional subjects should belongs to the students streams in which the candidates have done his or her post graduation .

Procedure to apply for the exam ::
