I have done my MBA in HR ,I need to know the latest syllabus and pattern of NET exam.

Syllabus and Question Papers for NET Exam for Management candidate:-


NET stands for National Eligibility Test.It will be conduct twice time in a year by UGC in December and June month.

Those candidate have completed masters degree from recognized university are eligible for NET exam.

For general and OBC candidate must be hold 55%above in masters degree. SC/ST candidate must be hold 50% above in masters degree.

UGC New Net exam pattern:-

UGC Net Paper I:-

The first paper is teacher/research aptitude which will have 60 questions out of which you have to attempt 50 questions.
Each question carries two marks each.
This paper will test your comprehensive skills and reasoning ability.
Time duration:- 1.25 hours.

UGC NET Paper II:-

The second paper is of subject knowledge.
There will be total 50 questions and all of them are compulsory questions.
Each question carries 2 marks each.
You will get questions from subject you have chosen.
Time duration:- 1.25 hours.

UGC NET Paper III:-

The third paper is of subject knowledge.
All total there will be 75 questions. All of them are compulsory questions.
Each question carries 2 marks.
You will get questions from subjects you have chosen.
Time duration:- 2 and 1/2 hours.

hi friend,
If you need the syllabus of UGC NET Examination for the Management Subject, then I am Uploading the Management Syllabus of NET Examination, and Keep Start Practicing for the examination.

The Notification of this year June NET Examination will be Published soon in the month of April 2012.

Eligible candidates may fill the application form Online Only.

The examination fees of NET is Rs 450 and you have to pay the fees through challan form in SBI Bank.

~~ You have to choose the subjects in NET on the basis of your Post Graduation.

~~ There is No age restrictions to apply for Lectureship Post

~~ But for Junior Research Fellowship Post, your age should not be more than 28 years, Upper age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC Candidates.

From this year, UGC will be conducted Examination in objective mode, the Test will consist of three papers, all the 3 papers will consist of only objective type questions and will be held on the day of Examination in two separate sessions.

~~ In first paper there are 60 questions out of which 50 questions are to be attempted.

~~ In Second Paper, there are 50 questions and you have to attempt all the questions.

~~ Last paper is also Objective, and there are 75 Questions and you have to attempt all the questions.

So, please prepare well for NET Examination and then apply for this examination.

There is No Negative marking in NET Examination.

Three patterns are there:-


1) UGC Net Paper I:-

->The first paper is teacher/research aptitude which will have 60 questions out of which you have to attempt 50 questions.

->Each question carries two marks each.

->This paper will test your comprehensive skills and reasoning ability.

->Time duration:-
1.25 hours.

2.)UGC NET Paper II:-

-> The second paper is of subject knowledge.

->There will be total 50 questions and all of them are compulsory questions.

->Each question carries 2 marks each.

->Time duration:-
1.25 hours.

3)UGC NET Paper III:-

->The third paper is of subject knowledge.

->All total there will be 75 questions. All of them are compulsory questions.

->Each question carries 2 marks.

->Time duration:-
2 and 1/2 hours.
