I want to appear for ugc net exam for mba.please guide me.i want the latest syllybus and question papers of last year

hi, i completed my BSc (chemistry, microbiology,& biotechnology) with 58%, And i also completed my PG in MBA Finanace with 57.25%, then i can appear for net-set exam or not?
