The TKT shall cover all the subjects from the course of Electrical Engineering. The EAT shall consist of questions on vocabulary, verbal comprehension, quantitative ptitude, reasoning ability, ability to determine data sufficiency interpretation of raphs/charts/tables, numerical ability etc.

There is no explicitly defined syllabus for the exam , it covers all that has been taught in the btech, specially in last four semesters.
But it also includes questions from :
Verbal comprehension, quantitative ptitude, reasoning ability, ability to determine data sufficiency interpretation of raphs/charts/tables, numerical ability etc.
