You have not specified in which subject are you are attending the SET exam- whether HR or OM. The main syllabus of the SET exam will be focusing on the core subject area for which you are applying. You should be thoroughly prepared on that subject area. Apart from this, you should also be prepared in area such as reasoning, numerical ability, language skills etc. You can opt for the coaching classes for attending this exam.

Set means state eligibility test

The set will be conducted in the objective mode.

The exam will be conducted by the 3 papers consisting of multiple choice questions.

On the day of examination in two separate session.

First I 60 out of which 50 questions are to be attempted that is 50*2=100 1 and half hour.

First II 50 questions all of which are compulsory 50*2=100 1 and half hour.

Second III 75 questions all of which are compulsory 75*2=150 2 and half hour.

Paper I consists

General paper on teaching and aptitude

Paper II consists

Subject paper

Paper III consists

Subject paper ( in depth questions).
