test has 2 section
1. general knowledge, ques= 50
2. technical knowledge, ques=60-75
This written test is considered to be the easiest test and you can prepare from books of R.S.Agarwal
Once you clear the written test you will be having the interview round

Selection Procedure / Syllabus:

Selection for ONGC Graduate Trainee will be done via Written Test (Objective as well as Subjective Type) consisting of two papers namely

(i) General Awareness

(ii) Subject / Specialization Concerned

The written test will be followed by psychometric test and interview.

Syllabus for upcoming ONGC Entrance Exam for Graduate Trainees:-

1. general knowledge, ques= 50

a. 50 Objective Questions (40 to be attempted, 1 Mark each)

b. 2 Descriptive Type Questions (5 Marks Each)

2. technical knowledge, ques=60-75

This written test is considered to be the easiest test.
Once you clear the written test you will be having the interview round.

a. 75 Objective Questions (60 to be attempted, 1.5 mark each)

b. 2 Descriptive Type Questions (5 Marks Each)
