B.Ed stands for Bachelor of Education

The duration of the course is for one years and the course is divided into two semester . If your aspiring to become an teacher then you should qualified in B.Ed course .

• B.Ed in Business Studies
• B.Ed in Computer Science
• B.Ed in Home Science
• B.Ed in Geography
• B.Ed in Commerce
• B.Ed in Mathematics
• B.Ed in Natural Science
• B.Ed in Social Science

If your interested to apply for B.Ed course then you should satisfy the eligibility criteria ,

Educational Qualification :- You should complete Bachelor degree in any discipline ( ie :- Commerce / Science / Arts ) with Minimum 55% percentage of marks from recognized university . If your belong from sc/st candidate then relaxation will applicable for sc/st candidates .

Age limits :-There is no specific age limit for B.Ed course . The candidate who satisfy the Educational qualification may eligible to apply for the B.Ed course .

The Admission for B.Ed Course is based on the Entrance Examination conducted by the Institution . To get admission for B.Ed course you have to crack the Entrance Examination with good percentage of marks . The Entrance Examination is held during the Month of June or July .

• Karnataka Sate Open University Entrance Examination
• Indira Gandhi National Open University Entrance Examination
• Guru Nanak Dev University Entrance Examination
• Banaras Hindu University Entrance Examination
• Aligarh Muslim University Entrance Examination
• Delhi University Entrance Examination

To apply for this Entrance Examination you should complete Bachelor degree in any discipline with Minimum 50% percentage of marks . Final year candidate of Bachelor degree may also eligible to apply for this Course .

Syllabus for B.Ed course consist of English Language , General Knowledge , General Aptitude , Basic Arithmetic etc..

If your crack the Entrance Examination with good percentage of marks then definitely you may get admission for B.Ed course in reputed Institution .
