Why government jobs has age bar for recruitment?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to know following:
1. Why Govt. jobs has age bar in recruitment's, as we all see there is no Govt. jobs for those who are above the age of 35 ?

If Govt. removes this age barrier, their will be competition and Govt. will able to get the best employees from all sectors. Thus will help in controlling corruption.
Thanks
Dennis

This is not about corruption but the manpower that qualifies within a certain bond of time limit.

With a age limit of 35 years a person must do what he wishes for his careers up to this age.

If there is no age bar the people will try to compete until they can . imagine if a person tries a lot of time then he may succeed at last for for how much shall he be able to work.

Soon he shall attain the retirement age and removed from the office.

When retired soon the post shall be vacant again and there shall be need of competition cagain which will add costs.

Also competing up to such a large age the person may not energetic for his post.

There shall be less time to learn from the office.

Also it shall be more vulnerable to the young people of society.

Remember still the age limit for higher post are more like upto 55 years for the principals that depends upon the posts
