1. Has the Kolkata High Court passed any verdict on the age limit of doing LLB over rulling the deceion of the Bar council of India to impose the age bar in case of getting admission in llb?
2. What is the minimum mark for appearing LLB, 40% or 45%? |

I am not sure about any high court verdict over ruling the bar council's age bar restrictions on LLB admission. It is 30 for LLB and 35 for reserved category. It is 20 for Bsc LLB and 22 for reserved categories. For 5 years LLB course after 12th, they should score atleast 50% marks.

hai friends
The Calcutta University is allowing all irrespective of their age to pursue legal studies. The Bar Council of India (BCI) has recently announced that it shall implement the proposed rule to set the age limit of 20 and 30 years respectively for entry into five year and three year courses of law respectively. But the Calcutta University has decided to allow everyone irrespective of age limit to study law in its affiliated colleges. The examination for admission in the B.A. LL.B. course of the university’s affiliated colleges will be held today May 2. There is no mention of age limit in the application form images.jpg |
