Re: Is there any chance for girls to join Air force? What is the qualification required?
Hi dear..
Remember one thing..that with +2 , there are no jobs in AIR FORCE for girls. ** Girls cannot give NDA (National Defense Academy) exam Only way for girls to get into Air Force is after Completing Graduation. Remember :- In your 10+2 You must have Physics and Maths (Compulsory Subjects) After completion of Graduation , -->you can apply for the CDS exam to join AIRFORCE --> you can apply for the AFCAT exam to join AIRFORCE CDS :- Combined Defense Services Exam For Air Force Academy : Degree of recognized University ( with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level ) or Bachelor of Engineering. AFCAT :- AFCAT - AIRFORCE COMMON ADMISISON TEST Generally , this exam includes 3 branches 1) Technical branch You can apply for this branch , if you have completed B.tech 2) Flying branch 3) Ground duty branch , which includes , --> Administration --> Logistics --> Metereological Requirements (age eligibilty) ``` For Technical branch , your age should be between 18-28 years ``` For Flying branch , your age should be between 19-23 years ``` For Ground duty branch , your age should be between 20-23 years All the best.. |

Re: Is there any chance for girls to join Air force? What is the qualification required?
Yes, girls have the option to join air force by qualifying AFCAT. Graduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks or PG with a minimum of 50% marks is the qualification required. Educational qualification varies slightly with the specific discipline selected for study. Age of the applicant must be between 18 and 28 years. Selection is done through written test and interview. Verbal ability, general awareness, numerical ability, reasoning and military aptitude are the topics covered for the written test.
