No, JEE examination is conducted by CBSE and IIT every year. The examination is conducted in two stages as Main and Advance.

As there is maximum three attempts for Main and two attempts for Advance after qualifying in Main. So, you are not eligible to appear for examination after graduation degree.

No, you cannot appear for JEE examination after graduation degree.

The number of attempts for JEE are :-

Main -3.

Advance - 2.

So, as graduation degree is of three years so, you cannot appear after graduation.

Yes, there is a chance for graduation after even preparing for 2 year in jee main exam.If you have enough percentage in your 12 class in your specific subjects.you can take admission in any university or college under their term and condition.you have to show the proof that you are really preparing for jee main for 2 years. After submitting proof to the college or university,no one can stop you to take admission in any college or university.
