ANNA UNIVERSITY ELIGIBLITY

UG Eligibility:

Candidates for admission into the first semester of the 8 semester B.E/B.Tech. degree programme should have passed:

1. The Higher Secondary Examination of ( 12th) Curriculum (Academic Stream) prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry as three or four subjects..


OR

2. The eligibility criteria such as marks, number of attempts and Physical fitness shall be as prescribed by the syndicate of the Anna University from time to time.
3. The candidate shall have not completed 21 years of age as on first of July of the year of application . For candidates belonging to SC/ST the age limit is relaxable by three years.
4.any other Examination of any other authority accepted by the syndicate of the Anna University as equivalent thereto.


So Lateral Entry Students that means Diploma Marks are not Eligible to Enter the admission Park in Chennai Branch

So Get an application Form from Anna Univesity and Apply it

I am studying diploma in civil , i have 77 percentage only.after i join the b.e in anna university

i havh 86% in diploma civil engineering. ca i join in rec engg trichy by counselling

Sir i have apply for lateral entry b.e counseling and i get a college and joim some other problem i get a t.c and i will re-enter into a counseling if possible sir say please sir

But sorry to say

you are not eligible as LAterl entry is only for the Diploma HOlders.

They get direct admission in the 2nd yr.

i have finished D.M.E with 5 & 6th semester of 97.3%, i have to join in b.e aeronautical engineering,can i have eligibility for that ?
