MBA degree is enough to find a rewarding career. After completion of the course, you can try for the position of management trainee in banks and PSU. HAL, HLL, CIL, etc are some of the firms where you can seek a job. To have a lucrative job in research/ teaching field, you can go with Ph.D/M.Phil in finance or management. Ph.D can also be obtained in related subjects like strategic management.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
