Govt. colleges having aerpnotical engineering? Basic qualification for the course?

yes a couple of which offer aeronautical and they are government funded institutions.
1. PEC punjab engineering college , Chandigarh
2. Anna university , Chennai

you need to AIEEE for these two institutes

and which offer aerospace -
1. IIT Bombay
2. IIT kanpur
3. IIT kharagpur
4. IIT madras
5. IIST, Thiruvananthapuram (no tuition fee, they will give you stipend , 100% govt. funded program )

IIT-JEE for above institutes

competition is very hard for all institutes.

IGNOU also offers full time on campus program on of their center.
