Is there any open test after FYBSc for admission in engineering in MSU


I am study in f.y.B.sc. in m.s.university of baroda. there is open test after f.y.B.sc. for addmission in engineering in m.s.u. so what isthis open test? what is syllebas of this open test? when it is held?
