Yes, in campus recruitment of any company, for final selection of candidate there are three stages:

>>Quantitative Aptitude round.

>>Technical round

>>Human Resource Interview.

The first stage of any campus recruitment drive is the aptitude test in which questions are asked from topics like:

>>Number system, Profit and loss, percentage, simple and compound interest, time and work, time and distance, average etc.

Once you clear this stage, you become eligible for technical round. In technical round, questions are asked from your core subjects of engineering.

For example if you are from electrical engineering, questions will be asked from control system, electrical machines, power system, analog and digital electronics etc.

Candidates who clear this stage are called for the Human Resource interview in which questions mentioned below are asked generally:

1. Why should we hire you?

2. Why do you want to join our organization?

3. Tell me about yourself.

4. Are you willing to relocate?

5. What are your short term and long term goals?

6. What is your strength and weakness?
