I want to know about the ex-serviceman quota for becoming CBI officers in India. I have served in Navy as a Naval Police before. So kindly tell me about the ex-serviceman quota for becoming CBI Officer?

Yes you have some quota in ex service man in every government job or any government service. CBI recruitment is done by SSC commission so they will have all type of reservation. If you are Navy Police then you can use this opportunity to improve your career.
