Is there any scope for government job in Delhi after qualifying M.A Punjab in first division and UGC NET


my qualication is M.A (punjabi) in first divisn and U.G.C NET test clear.
now i am compliting my Ph.D degree.can any scope govt.job for me in delhi?

i live in punjab. i also want to settle in punjab . i have done M.C.A from punjab technical university.is there any scope for govt job if i;ll do phd in computer science from Lovely Professional university. is this univ is recognised or good. please give me response i m very confuse.

I jst clear UGc NET n M phill in computer science..mau I get job in govt sec??
