Is there any scope in Ph.D from Symbiosis?

I am planning to take admission for ph.d program of symbiosis internatioanl university as they have a option to choose multi disciplinary appraoch.I am plaaning to do it in HR and sustainable development.Pl suggest is thr any scope for such ph.d

Dear Friends
I am BE(Production Engg) & ME(Production Engg)
I want to do PHD in Management(Operation management specifically)
At present i am Lecturer in Polytechnic.
Does this have a Scope? Also I have @10 year industrial experience from Birla & German organisation.
Please give suggestions.
