yes, there are more than 300 seats in panjab university for Bsc (hons) but the university gives admission in Bsc (hons) only on the basis of Common entrance test conducted by the university in may every year. they also give 25% weightage to board exams of class XII and 75% weightage to CET marks. then a merit list is prepared and counselling is done.

i have got 370 rank in cet and 93.4% in cbse board exams......would i'll be able to get admission in punjab university in chd.

hey..university will publish a merit list on 16th of july and yes you have chances if you submitted the admission form.
they would give 75% weightage to marks in cet and 25% weightage to your board marks. wish you best of luck.
P.S. i got 363 rank and even i am eager for admission.
