HI,
No, you can't join Indian Institute of Technology through lateral Entry.
If you want to join I.I.T you can join after qualifying the I.I.T-J.E.E exam.

Eligibility Criteria:-
- Pass 12th with minimum 60% marks in physics, chemistry and maths frim recginesed university

OR

- Pass diploma course approve by A.I.C.T.E.

-Age should be above 17 year.

I am very sorry to say,but you are not eligible for admission in IIT on the basis of your Diploma course.,because IIT doesn't offers Engineering admissions to the Diploma holders.They conduct their separate exam for Engineering admission which is known as IIT-JEE.

But,you don't worry,there are many other reputed Engineering Institutes in India which offers Engineering admission to Diploma holders,so here I am providing you the names of these Institutions.
