hi
no such college will not available in india
that will give free education
if you study MCA then you admissioned in govt. college
then low amount will spent than private college
and you get some scholarschip...

but not free education.........

you are asking about Free education after having 70% of marks in degree..

there is no such university or colleges are available to provide free education..
otherwise you can get education loan and study well
