Is it true that a person can apply for B.Ed on scoring less than 50% in graduation but more than 50% in Masters?

Hi, I got 45% marks in B.Com. I have not done any PG course also. But I need to do B.Ed. So if I go for M.com and get more than 50% in that, then would I be able to apply for B.ed? Some people have told me if you don't get 50% marks in graduation but get more than 50% in masters or PG then you can apply for B.ed. Is this true?

The eligibility to appear for entrance examination to get admission in B.Ed course is that candidate must have passed bachelor or master degree from a recognised university.

Candidate must have scored minimum 50% aggregate in bachelor or master degree to appear for the examination.

Candidates after qualifying in the examination will become eligible to get admission in the B.Ed course. It is two year course.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
