Is it true that Taekwondo is not included in Indian Army?
sir,
some of my friends told me that TAEKWONDO is not included in indian army sports, so i can't able to continue my sports by joining indian army. sir please tell me is it true or not ? |

Yes, its true that Taekwondo is not included in Indian army sports but it is used to impart training to all recruits.It means that if you are already know it then you can easily get the training given to you.Taekwondo training is being imparted to increase proficiency in unarmed combat, improve mental concentration, better reflexes, confidence building, and better physical standard.
