I have an MA English from IGNOU with 53% marks which I obtained last year and have an overall work experience of 16.5 years out of which 4.5 years have been in academics, so, I would like to do a PhD in English to not only progress myself but also serve my students in a better way , so, from which worthwhile university can I pursue it without affecting my present job in Meert as a lecturer?

you need to go to university websites &you can understand the last 20 years perfomane of university in p.hd programes and also do one thing you open some university web sites and watch p.hd programmes and you can decide
