Yes, why not??

you can of course apply..

you have a bachelor's degree and that is the only educational criteria for any UPSC exam provided you have not crossed 30 years of age.

you could also apply for IES, but the last date is over.

So right now apply for IAS..

there are many other exams under UPSC where you can apply...

to get the details, visit the official website:

One thing I want to say you first is that there is no Entrance Exam called UPSC Exam.

UPSC stands for Union Public Service Commission. Every year UPSC will conduct variety of Entrance Exams in order to recruit the candidates into various public services of India like
Civil Services
Defence Services
Engineering Services
Railway Services
Forest Service etc.

Soon after the completion of your Computer Science Engineering, you are eligible to apply for the following UPSC Exams
IES Exam
Civil Services Exam
CDS Exam
IFS Exam etc.

My suggestion would be to apply for IES Exam which is the common written exam for the candidates to be placed in the following Engineering services like
Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

You should possess an age between 21-30 years to apply for this Exam.

Have good preparation for this Exam and crack it.

Wish you all the best.
