Hello, well friend you can not go for Medical wing of Armed forces but you can join DRDO which you must be knowing is a front line defense organisation. Psychology people there have very vital tasks, for example they play an important role in selection of officers for the Forces. They also conduct researches on subjects relating to mental health, as mental health of soldiers is a vital requirement to win a war.
