What is the age criteria for std 10th in CBSE?

My son's DOB is 25/05/2010. Will he face any problem in attending the 10th std exams if I put him to nursery for academic year 2013-2014 ?

The minimum age for appearing for 10th standard is 14 years. So, your son will have to face "no problem".
