I'm and Ex-Army man. i was thinking the possibility to join the Uttar Pradesh Police but, I'm little confused about the age criteria for requirement for UP police. Let me know the maximum age limit for joining Uttar Pradesh Police and if any relaxation is there for Ex-Armyman or not?

According to my knowledge there are procedures of age relaxation for ex-servicemen. You have not mentioned your age but you should calculate yourself that either you are following the age criteria or not.

Eligibility criteria are as follows:-
Candidate must be a graduation/intermediate degree holder from a recognized university in any stream.
Candidate must have scored at least 60% aggregate in intermediate and 50% aggregate in graduation.
Candidate age should be 18 years to 28 years for intermediate candidates and 21 years to 34 years for graduation candidates.
There are 10 years of age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen candidates.
