dear sir..
whit is basic qualifiaction for genetic engineering course....please tell me what is the qualification

Genetic Engineering Qualification :

complete a graduate / postgraduate degree in genetics or related fields such as Biotechnology , molecular biology , microbiology or biochemistry from a recognized university

Selection Process :

graduate course is based on merit
the marks secured in the final exam of 10+2 & Entrance exam
Entrance exams are
JEE
BITSAT
WBJEE
AIEEE
postgraduate course in different universities is through an All India Combined Entrance Exam Conducted by JNU . New Delhi

Do we need to do a b.tech first to pursue genetic engineering.?? or just a 2 qualification is enough?

what subjects are needed in 12th?do we need biology?

After 12th can we do genetic engeneering?
