First thing to be noted that for applying in diploma course you must be 10th passes

Second thing is that by
10+2 passed clearly with physics,chemistry and maths as an important main subjects beside this I.P or Biology as an optional subjects,you can apply for batchelor degree which will be more helpful to you than the diploma,as degree is most important.

But if you want to apply for only diploma course than you can apply.Just apply online on college or institute site or by visiting colleges.

After 10th one can get admitted to diploma and the entrance test is conducted for it and you need to qualify it and you also need to check which colleges are providing diploma in aeronautical engineering..
