i am doing my BE printing technology now.
1)what can i pursue in ME other than printing technology if i want to become lecturer?
2)which is better doing ME or MBA?

Rather you should opt to the management course for the master degree I would like to suggest for the specialisation in M.tech because as you know well about your stream well than the management work as you are in technical field so after specialisation you can get the job in any multi national company.

>> But if you are further interested in management course so go for the common admission test and after it if got any management collage like indian institute of management that is best for the course.
