What could one choose after 10 class? is always there decision are correct

Hi frend,
After 10th there is wide number of streams and side open for you. Yes every student are not luky when they chose there career in. But this is realy the stage you have to think and decide one stream for the future. One must decide this for the line he ir realy intrested and have quite knowledge. All you have to do is start preparing for entrence exam of your carear decided along with admission in 11th.

There are many career options after 10th...and it depends on the person , if he is interested in something , then he should take it as a career..

Not many make right choices....this is because it is very early age .

But if you are really confused and want other options when you grow up...you should choose Science stream.

If you choose medical you can change your career later but with non medical , also you could change your career but could not become a doctor.

After 10th, you can

1. Either go for Higher Secondary Schooling
2. Diploma in Engineering

There are various other course but I would suggest you to take above two courses for good career.

In HSS you can take
1. Vocational
2. Science
3. Commerce
4. Art

You can do diploma in engineering. Its a three year course.
After you have done diploma in engineering, you can take admission in B.Tech.
For taking admission in B.Tech, you must have done at least 3 years diploma after 10th in any branch of engineering.

Some colleges take admission through lateral entry exams like Joint Entrance Examination of Lateral Entry (JELET), Diploma to Degree Entrance Competitive exam, etc. so you need to appear and crack these exams. Some colleges conducted their own entrance exam for getting entry.

Admission procedure varies from college to college. So you will have to contact colleges individually.

Here is my advice on career options after 10th Standard

1) If you are confused about what you should do then play an elimination game and rate you interests on different parameters. Like if you like animals / plants and trees – Go in for science. DO the same with other subjects as well.

2) If you are tilted towards numbers, finance and like to crunch numbers – Commerce may be the side for you

3) If you are creative person – like drawing, painting, arts, acting, dancing and all other creative stuff – you should opt for Arts stream. Most of the times students go wrong here.

Many students have artistic bend of mind, but they are pushed by their parents to join science, which according to me is the worst thing that a parent can do for their child. Don’t push them – Empower them to make decisions. However, at the same time tell them the pros and cons of joining a particular stream.

I can really go on and on here about giving you advice as to what is to be done after your 10th standard – But I suggest you drop in the comments below and I would be more than happy to answer any and every question that you may have in your mind !

When students pass their 10th standard, they are at a age where they really don’t know what to do – they are not matured enough and most of the out come or the admission depends upon the marks they have secured in 10th standard.

More than 3/4ths of the students go for 3 streams Science, Commerce or Arts and I think it is the right way to move forward. Rest of the 1/4th join vocational courses like Diploma and other under-graduate programs that are offered by various institutions after the 10th standard.
