There are so many courses available after 10+2 which you can pursue after 10+2 for better career and job opportunities. Everyone has certain dream or want to achieve something through academic depending upon his/her interest.

As you have mentioned that you are interested in all subjects, its good but select the stream for your career in the field in which you have more interest.

1. Engineering

>>Most preferred career stream nowadays for any 10+2 PCM group student. You can get admission in top engineering college like IIT, NIT, etc if you perform well in Joint Entrance exam.

2. Medical courses.

You can go for MBBS, BDS through the AIPMT, AIIMS and state medical entrance exams.

3. Architecture courses:

>>NATA is the entrance exam for B.Arch courses.

4. Fashion Designing:

>>You can appear for the National Institute of Fashion Technology exam for bachelor's degree in this course.

5. Depending upon your % of marks in 10+2, you can get admitted in bachelor's degree in science in different discipline in various universities of India.

6. Some other professional courses like BBA, BCA, BBM etc.

You can also appear for entrance exams like:

To give you answer I need to know your stream in 12th standard which you didn't mention.
If you are a non medical student then you can go for engineering. Other option is Bsc. You can go for master studies after graduation like Mtech,Msc etc. You can also apply for govt jobs after 12 non medical like X group(air force India). You can also go for govt jobs after graduation.
If you are a medical student your first aim should be doctor. For that try AIPMT. You can also go for Bsc then Msc. You can also apply for govt jobs after Bsc.
If you are a commerce student you must go for CA.
You can also go for Bcom then Mcom or MBA. You can also go for CA after Bcom. You can also apply for Bcom while pursuing CA. You can also go for govt sector after graduation.
If you an arts student then go for BA then MA. But most of the arts student prepare for govt jobs. After the graduation they go for govt jobs.
