No this course is considered to be one of the simpler courses. You will be learning about the various areas of business management. At the end of the course you can appear for the various bank PO tests. If you clear the same your initial salary would be around Rs 18000 to Rs 20000. It would be advisable to take an MBA too after the course.

BBM Course or any other course is not at all difficult to complete.
Only thing that is required is develop interest in the subject or course you choose. Put hard efforts in the area you chosen and get the success. BBM is enough for bank exams as it comes under a graduation degree. Soon after the completion of BBM, you will be eligible for bank PO exams. As a part of eligibility criteria, you need to secure a minimum of 55% in your graduation and a minimum of 60% in your 10+2. You should be in the age group of 21-30 years. Relaxation is there in upper age limit and percentage of marks for the candidates of SC/ST. 14500-25700 this will be the pay scale for bank Pos |

Re: What is the difficulty of BBM course? Is it enough for job in Banks? Expected salary?
What advantages does BBM have over BCom
BBA/BBM(Bachelor in Business Adminitration/Bachelor in Business Management) is prepared in a such a way that it prepared it's student for corporate world. BBA/BBM trained people can look for jobs in the area of banking, marketing, consultancy finance, consumerdurables.information technology industrial goods and in advertising. whereas the B.com is not prepared as job oriented course however now a days GOVT is updating this course but still it does not give that solid foundation as BBA gives for Career. Is it enough for job in Banks It is enough for BANK jobs but for high income/salary/position you can do MBA. Every company/organisation prefer specialized people for higher post ,So for higher post you can do MBA other wise BBA/BBM from good institutions/university is enough. Expected salary Salary could be any thing from 15000 to 150000 per month in the field. |

It can't be tell as its easy and difficult. Everybody face the problem difficulty while learning new things and the differnce is some people are fast learners and they will take it easilly and some people are bit slow learners and they will learn slowly and they need to do little hard work. Others think that its too difficult and they stop to learn and stop to do hard work and they never understand any thing. So you don't think about easy and difficult better you think about your aim. After completing BBM surely you will get job in Banks. Salary is depending on the post you have taken. But you will get decent salary. |
