What we have to do after 12th in the field of marine engineering?and which exam to be given?any fitness test is necessary?master in marine engg.is profitable or not?

The eligibility criteria required to become a marine engineer are as under :-
-The candidate must have passed 12th with a minimum of 60% in PCM group i.e.,Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics . -The candidate holding a diploma in Marine/Electrical/Mechanical with at least 55% marks from a recognized college/university can also apply for this course . -The candidate age must be less than 25 years to join the course . -The candidate must be physically fit for sea services under all conditions . -The eye sight required for the candidate is 6/12 in both of the eyes . -The candidate should not suffer from colour blindness . -The candidate must have proficiency in English language for better communication . |
