What are the further courses available after completing 3 years of Diploma in Information Technology? After completing my 3 years of Diploma in IT can I seek admission in IIT?

After completion of your three years Diploma in Information Technology course, you can pursue your higher studies in courses like B.E, B.Tech, etc.,. Being a Diploma holder, you are eligible to get direct admission in second year of B.E/ B.Tech course through lateral entry admission process.

** As per my suggestion you should go for Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology after completing Diploma in IT.
** B.Tech. Information Technology or Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology is an undergraduate Information Technology course. ** The duration of this course is three years after Diploma in IT. ** As per my knowledge, you are not eligible to get admission in IIT college after completing Diploma IT course.

You can pursue B.Tech and few certificate courses like:-
C, C++ Java .NET Technologies Web Designing Networking Software Testing Course Mainframe Course PHP Course ASP.Net Course You may get admission in IIT through lateral entry in B.Tech after completing Diploma in Information Technology.

After completing 3 years of Diploma in IT, you can directly take admission into 2nd year of B.Tech Information Technology or B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering.
But if you wish to take admission into IIT for the same course, then you cannot. Because for getting admission into IIT, you must complete your 12th standard first with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Thereafter, apply for JEE Main Exam, qualify it and then qualify JEE Advanced Exam. After going through these exams and procedure, you will get admission to any IIT.
