After diploma in electronics and communication engineering you can work as -

Lab assistant in engineering colleges
Technician in electronics companies
Supervisor in companies

Companies which are offering jobs for ECE diploma holders-

HMT -it has manufacturing plant for large machinery which are using the electronics and electrical technologies so you can get job in that plant.Though it is a core company for mechanical engineers but due to modern automation electronics engineers are getting job in it.Some products are-CNC milling machines,CNC turning,CNC wire cut etc.

Bharat dynamics ltd- jobs are offered for missile assembly line.

DRDO- As a technician you can work as a assistant of any scientist

There are many companies which are small but offering good salary in a particular region so try to find out such companies in your city or state because they are not listed in websites but still they are offering good jobs.
